At IslandSport, we are committed to providing you with a reliable, transparent, and hassle-free shopping experience. This policy outlines our shipping times, fees, and delivery terms. By placing an order on islandsport , you agree to these conditions.

 

    Order Processing

  • Timeframe: 2 to 5 business days (Monday to Saturday)

  • Includes preparation, quality check, and packaging before shipment

   Delivery Times

 International Shipping (Europe, Canada, Australia, etc.)

  • Estimated time: 7 to 21 business days

  • Average: usually less than 15 business days

  •  For example, Canada and the UK are generally faster than Portugal or Belgium

   Shipping Methods

IslandSport uses reliable and recognized carriers based on your location and the shipping option selected:

  • Colissimo (La Poste)

  • Mondial Relay

  • Colis Privé

  • Chronopost

  • DPD

  • UPS

  • La Poste / Canada Post / Royal Mail (depending on the country)

   The carrier is automatically selected based on your address and shipping method (Standard, Economy, Express, etc.).

​     Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated automatically based on:

    • Destination country

    • Package weight

    • Chosen shipping method

   Discounted rates: fees decrease with the number of items — shipping can become free beyond a certain quantity.

   Order Tracking

  • A tracking number email is sent as soon as the order ships

  •  There may be a 2 to 3 day delay between shipment and tracking email reception

  • Tracking activation can take up to 1 to 2 weeks depending on the destination

   Customs Fees

  • Generally, no customs fees are expected for shipments from France

  • In rare cases, fees may apply upon arrival in certain countries

   Issues and Delays

  • IslandSport cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors.
