These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website https://islandsport.net (the “Site”) and the sale of products offered on it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by all applicable laws and regulations in Canada.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and IslandSport, a business based in Canada. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site.

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, prices, and images are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that product details or other content on the Site are error-free, complete, or current.

Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings.

3. Orders and Acceptance

All orders placed on the Site are subject to availability and acceptance by IslandSport.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing, suspicion of fraud, or supply issues. You will be notified and refunded if this occurs.

Once your order is confirmed and paid, you will receive a confirmation email. This email does not constitute final acceptance of the order but confirms we have received it.

4. Prices and Payments

Prices are listed in Dollars canadian ($) by default and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. Currency conversion may apply depending on your location or payment method.

We accept payment through:

  • Credit and debit cards (via Shopify Payments)

  • PayPal

  • Other secure payment methods as listed on the Site

Payments are processed securely, and IslandSport does not store your payment details.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship internationally using reliable carriers such as UPS, Canada Post, Colis Privé, DHL, and others depending on the destination.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Europe, Canada, and other countries: 7 to 21 business days

  • Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or logistics disruptions.

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is shipped. Tracking may take a few days to activate.I

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery, in compliance with Canadian consumer protection laws.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Personalized or custom items are non-refundable unless defective.

Return Process:

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or the error was ours.

7. Warranties and Liability

Products are covered by legal warranties under Canadian law, including:

  • The warranty of merchantable quality

  • The warranty of fitness for purpose

IslandSport is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages (such as shipping delays or loss of revenue) related to the use or failure of a product.
